A few impressions of our plot of land
For sale: A very convenient piece of land including an already built 10 m. high water tower. The land is situated right behind the beach of Bangniang. 180 m away from it or a 2 min. slow walk. The plot is a well cut piece of land of 31m wide (along the paved road) x 60m long. (1860m2 tot). It is nice and flat which makes it convenient to build on. If you are interested in having some instant return of your investment, you may want to consider building two or three shops or a restaurant on one side of the land which borders the paved road. This road stretches between the beach and various restaurants and is frequented by tourists.

On the other side of the land you will still have plenty of space to either build your own private house or maybe even a small resort.

  We have a registered company in Thailand according to all rules and regulations applied for foreigners. The company in fact fully owns the land. The great advantage of this procedure is, that there is no time limit connected to ownership of this piece of land. (Other for example with land lease, in which the right to use the land is limited to 30 years or so). In our case the land keeps it's full value and can later be sold again. Which makes it a solid investment. The person who decides to buy our land, can either decide to "buy" our company as well, or if you already have your own company, you can easily transfer the land to it. We will of course help you through this relatively easy procedure.

Our land has a "Chanote" land title. It is the highest type of land title you can get in Thailand. A piece of land with this title may also be re-cut into various smaller pieces. It also means that you have the full right to build on it. The boundaries of our land are clearly identified and measured by the Thai Land Department. The coordinates of each point have been filed at the land department. This means that the land boundaries are fully registered with the Thai government and can therefore later not be disputed by anyone.
